Polt Wins Blizzard's WCS America

CSA client Choi “CMStorm Polt” Seong Hun has claimed the title of WCS North American Champion in spectacular fashion. After three months of grueling competition, he beat out 31 premier competitors, culminating in a dominating 4-0 victory over Starcraft:Brood War hero EG.Jaedong at the finals in Santa Monica, California. This victory qualifies Polt for the WCS Season 2 Global Championships at Gamescom in Cologne, Germany as well at the WCS Season 3 Premier League.

Polt is a Terran player representing sponsor CMStorm. He has spent the last year training and studying at the University of Texas: Austin, earning himself honorary American status and cheers of “USA! USA!” when he appears on-stage. In addition to his prodigious Starcraft 2 skills, Polt boasts a fluent command of the English language and, as a result, a massive fan-following in North America.

His earlier achievements include first place at the 2013 MLG Spring Championship and ASUS ROG 2012 in Finland, second place at DreamHack Open Stockholm 2012, and two third-place finishes at IGN Pro League 5 and North american Star League Season 4.
